Uploading VR Scenes to Yulio
The simplest way to create your Yulio VR projects is with Yulio Jump, our cloud-based rendering engine available through our CAD plugins for Revit, SketchUp and CET. When you use this method, your scenes will render and upload to Yulio as a VR-ready project.
If you prefer to use a third-party renderer, you can manually upload your source files to Yulio to create your VR project from scratch while still taking advantage of Yulio’s project enhancement and presentation tools. You can learn more about our file requirements for VR scenes in this article.
How to Manually Upload Scenes to Create a VR Project
When you first login to your Yulio account, you’ll land on the Projects page. This is where you can create a new VR project from scratch, and where all the VR projects on your account will be stored.
Along the left side of the page are your project folders. Select a folder to create your new project in — don’t worry, you can always move your project to a different folder later.

From here, click on the green + Create Project button to create a new VR project.
Next, give your VR project a name and begin uploading your scenes. You can upload as many scenes as you’d like, but you’ll need at least one.
To upload your scenes, drag and drop your files into the upload box or hit Browse to select the scenes you would like to upload.
Once they are finished processing, your scenes will appear here. On this page, you can add, delete, preview, rename, rearrange and replace scenes at any time.

That’s it! You’ve just uploaded your first scenes to create a VR project.
Click on any scene thumbnail or the View in 360 button to preview your VR project.
