Project Traffic Report: What is it and how can I use it?
Yulio’s Project Traffic Report tool gives you an ongoing report of viewer traffic across all VR projects in your account. Inside the report, you can see data including when, where and how your projects are being viewed to help you better understand how your clients are engaging with your VR content.
How can I access the Project Traffic Report?
To access your Project Traffic Report, start off by logging in to your Yulio account.
Next, click on the Resources tab at the top of the page and select Project Traffic Report from the drop-down menu.

What does the Project Traffic Report tell me?
The Project Traffic Report records individual viewer data each time a project in your account is viewed. The report stores data up to two years prior to the current date.

You can filter your data based on date, time, and/or project to produce a custom report that includes only the data you need. Note: If you’re filtering your data by date, the date range cannot exceed one year.

Once you’ve filtered your data, you can sort it based on project name, date, viewer location and more by clicking on one of the data types.

To keep a record of your Project Traffic Report or to filter it further, click on the Export CSV button to receive a downloadable file of the report to your email.
You can view and export data within a maximum date range of one year, however you can see data up to two years prior to the current date. If you want to export data for a date range longer than one year, you will have to complete two separate exports.

Can I see the total number of views of a single project?
Yes! To see a detailed report of viewer traffic for an individual VR project in your account, click on the project name.

This will direct you to the project’s Analytics dashboard where you can see additional viewer data for that specific project, including total number of views. To learn more about viewing individual project analytics, check out this article.
That’s it!
