Managing Your Headset Gallery
If you’ve connected one or more headsets to your Yulio account, you can store up to 20 projects in your headset gallery. All projects in your headset gallery are downloaded to the Yulio Viewer app on your headset, where they can be viewed in VR with or without WiFi connection.
What is a headset gallery?
Your headset gallery allows you to download and store up to 20 Yulio projects on your connected Meta Quest headset(s).

How do I add projects to my headset gallery?
Start by making sure you have connected the headset(s) to your Yulio account.
Connected headsets will appear on the Headsets page of your Yulio account, under My Headsets.

Once you have connected your headset(s), you can add projects one-by-one to your headset gallery from the Headset Projects tab. Click on Headset Projects, and then select the Add Projects button.

Another way to add projects to your headset gallery is from the Projects page.
Start by navigating to the folder that contains the project you would like to add to your headset gallery. Next, click on the 3 dots at the bottom right corner of the project thumbnail, and then select the Add to Headsets button from the drop-down menu.

All projects that are added to your headset gallery are automatically sent to your connected headset(s). The next time you open the Yulio Viewer app on your headset, your projects will begin downloading.
Once your projects have downloaded within the Yulio Viewer app, they can be viewed offline.

Managing your Headset Projects
You can manage the VR projects that are stored on your connected headset(s) from the Headsets page in your Yulio account, under Headset Projects.
Important note: All headsets you have connected to your Yulio account under the My Headsets tab will share the same gallery of projects. To showcase different projects on different headsets, we recommend using Client Galleries.

To remove projects from your headset gallery, click on the red delete button next to the project.

All updates made here will be automatically reflected in the Yulio Viewer app on your connected headset(s).
That’s it!
