Download and Replace AR Models

Our Download and Replace functions for augmented reality (AR) allow you to easily upload your AR models to new projects, or update and replace existing models in your VR projects with new ones.

Note: The Download function for AR is only available on a Paid Plan.

How to Download an AR Model

To download an AR model, start by opening the VR project that contains the model. Next, navigate to the AR tab on the Edit Project page.

From here, select the Download icon next to the AR model you want to download. The AR model file will save to your computer or other device.

Once your AR model file has downloaded, you can upload it to any new or existing projects in your account.

How to Replace an AR Model

To replace an existing AR model in one of your VR projects, start by downloading the new AR model by following the steps outlined above.

Once your AR model file has downloaded, open the VR project containing the AR model you want to replace. Next, navigate to the AR tab on the Edit Project Page.

From here, select the Replace icon next to the AR model you want to replace.

A pop-up box will appear for you to upload your new AR model. You can also choose to keep all existing Hotspots and AR model data.

That’s it! Select Continue when you are ready to replace your model.
